A rosé distinguished by its delicate watermelon-toned color and added depth from extended ageing in wooden barrels. The perfumed bouquet opens with strawberries and cream, layered with subtle hints of citrus blossom. On the palate, the wine reveals a generous, broad texture, vibrant freshness, and a distinctive pithy edge that brings tension and length. Versatile at the table and unexpectedly layered for a rosé, with a quiet complexity that unfolds over time.
